Pat, Falvey

Pat Falvey, Expedition Leader of the Irish Antarctic Beyond Endurance Expedition, is Ireland's leading adventurer and explorers. For over 20 years his adventurers have taken him on his journeys around the world for over 7 months of every year seeking out challenges that will stimulate the teams he works with. For the other five months of the year he is a world renowned Motivational Speaker and team trainer.

Pat has been involved in 58 high altitude and cold climate expeditions on all of the seven continents of the world as well as many seasons doing Arctic survival and rescue training expedition in the Alps, Scotland and Norway.

Pat has lead expeditions to all the cold regions of our planet from Everest to Antarctic to Alaska. He has also been involved in the study of over 20 tribes of people around the world, from stone age man to that of western man, learning about what it is that has driven mankind to succeed since the evolution of our species. To do this he has been to the highest, coldest and loniest places on our planet, jungles, claciers, deserts and mountains.

Pat was a member of one of Ireland’s leading rescue mountaineering teams for 12 years (Kerry Mountain Rescue.) Pat’s experience and leadership has seen him run expeditions to the most beautiful and challenging places in the world.

The Irish Antarctic Beyond Endurance Expedition is by far his biggest challenge to date. Following in the footsteps of our great Irish Antarctic hero's of the past. Shackleton, Crean, Keohane, Forde and the McCarthy Brothers.
