Ireland’s leading high altitude female climber many seasons on the world’s great ranges. 1st Irish woman to climb MT. Everest has also been the 1st Irish female to complete the Seven summits which includes Mt Vinson in the Antarctic, Mt McKinley in Alaska.
Clare has had many other cold climbing experiences in the European Alps, New Zealand, Norway and Scotland. She also recently became the first Irish Female to summit the beautiful Ama Dablam in the Himalayas. Clare is also a Dr with wide experience in high altitude, cold and wilderness Medicine.
