Steve has been a Professional cameraman for 9 years and has worked in six of the seven continents including Antarctica. South America will be the seventh! His main work is documentary and programme work for Irish and international clients, while also shooting and editing for Sky News, sports etc, Steve has been to the Ross ice shelf (the other side of Antarctica) in 2000 to shoot footage for two productions:' Rivals for the Pole' for Crossing The Line Films, Biography’s of Shackleton / Scott.TG4 ‘01.'An Unsung Hero' for Crossing The Line Films: A portrait of Tom Crean Irish Antarctic explorer, RTE’ 01. Steve first met Pat Falvey at Everest base camp in 2003 while shooting a documentary 'Drive for Life' (RTE '04).
Steve will be heading up the filming on the expedition, with his co director and producer Karen Rodgers.
